Returns and Exchanges

All items ordered online from MyHAIR.bg may be returned with or without a defect within 14 days of the date of receipt, after completing the return form. The products you return must be in the condition in which you received them, accompanied by their original packaging. The amount shall be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by bank transfer within 14 days of the date on which the product was returned. For custom orders involving cutting and sewing hair into rows with clips, hair dyeing, etc. - CLAIMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act! Returns are possible solely and exclusively upon inspection in the presence of the courier.
